Director of Educator Initiatives
The Partnership is seeking a collaborative and experienced leader for the Director of Educator Initiatives who possesses the necessary skills required to lead and manage implementation of our educator strategy, including guiding its dedicated advisory board while also serving as a senior member of the Commit! backbone team.
Strategic Philanthropy Fundraiser
The Commit Partnership seeks a full-time, strategically-thinking, proven fundraiser to join The Partnership’s Strategic Philanthropy Team to identify, grow, and manage a portfolio of active investors with a primary focus on $100,000+ investment levels of support. The Candidate would step immediately into a position of strategic importance, with the primary responsibility of establishing, growing and leading a relationship-based portfolio of new investors in The Commit! Partnership’s work and impact – optimizing investment levels of support.
Director of College and Workforce Alignment
The Commit Partnership, under its Dallas County Promise initiative
, seeks a passionate, hard-working individual to serve in a full-time position as the Director of College and Workforce Alignment. This key position will help drive organizational efforts focused on increasing the numbers of underrepresented students that are ready for, enrolling in, persisting through, and completing postsecondary credentials within college that are aligned to current North Texas workforce needs.
Marketing & Communications Associate
The Partnership seeks an experienced, skilled, hard-working marketing/communications professional with strong project management skills to join the Commit! team as a full-time Communications and Marketing Associate with a particularly focused role in the team’s project management.
The Manager of Advocacy will help ensure all students have an excellent and equitable education by advancing a policy agenda aligned with community partners. In this role, s/he would focus on advancing both state and local policy across three important priority areas for the Partnership: strengthening educator quality, providing a quality early childhood education to all students, and increasing college enrollment and student persistence toward completion.
Chief Analytics & Strategy Officer
The Chief Analytics & Strategy Officer will be a vital member of the Commit leadership team, reporting directly to Executive Director Todd Williams. Supported by an analytics group of five professionals, she or he will work closely with the team to further strengthen the organization’s data capabilities while assisting leaders in other Texas communities in their efforts.
The Partnership seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to assist in managing the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and dissemination of data to support Partnership activities in improving student outcomes. The Analytics Associate will report to the Director of Analytics and work closely with all members of the Commit! team, whose work ranges from Early Childhood to College Access & Success. The Associate will have access to great learning experiences with opportunities to stretch themselves and will be exposed to high-impact education work.
