Director of Educator Initiatives
The Partnership is seeking a collaborative and experienced leader for the Director of Educator Initiatives who possesses the necessary skills required to lead and manage implementation of our educator strategy, including guiding its dedicated advisory board while also serving as a senior member of the Commit! backbone team.
Strategic Philanthropy Fundraiser
The Commit! Partnership seeks a full-time, strategically-thinking, proven fundraiser to join The Partnership’s Strategic Philanthropy Team to identify, grow, and manage a portfolio of active investors with a primary focus on $100,000+ investment levels of support.
The Candidate would step immediately into a position of strategic importance, with the primary responsibility of establishing, growing and leading a relationship-based portfolio of new investors in The Commit! Partnership’s work and impact – optimizing investment levels of support.
Director of Finance and Operations
The Director of Finance and Operations would be responsible for developing, planning, directing and controlling financial, operational, human resources and administrative functions for the organization. This role is of strategic importance as the organization looks to scale its focus from the 750,000 students in Dallas County to also support regional and state-wide efforts. As such, the Director will build critical infrastructure and processes for the organization so it can continue to create meaningful impact. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
Marketing & Communications Associate
The Partnership seeks an experienced, skilled, hard-working marketing/communications professional with strong project management skills to join the Commit! team as a full-time Communications and Marketing Associate with a particularly focused role in the team’s project management.
The Manager of Advocacy will help ensure all students have an excellent and equitable education by advancing a policy agenda aligned with community partners. In this role, s/he would focus on advancing both state and local policy, initially in two important priority areas for the Partnership related to strengthening our regional educator pipelines and providing a quality early childhood education to all students.
Chief Analytics & Strategy Officer
The Chief Analytics & Strategy Officer will be a vital member of the Commit! leadership team, reporting directly to Executive Director Todd Williams. Supported by an analytics group of five professionals, she or he will work closely with the team to further strengthen the organization’s data capabilities while assisting leaders in other Texas communities in their efforts.
The Partnership seeks a highly motivated Summer/Fall Extern to join our Educator Initiatives team for six months this coming summer and fall. The Educator Initiatives team is working to grow the number of economically disadvantaged students in Dallas-Forth Worth who are on track for postsecondary success by increasing access to effective, diverse teachers and school leaders. With over 70,000 teachers and 1.2 million students in the Dallas-Forth Worth region, successful implementation of the Commit! Educator Initiative strategy has the potential not only to secure a brighter future of hundreds of thousands of local students, but also to influence education strategy across the state and the nation.
The Partnership seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to assist in managing the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and dissemination of data to support Partnership activities in improving student outcomes. The Analytics Associate will report to the Director of Analytics and work closely with all members of the Commit! team, whose work ranges from Early Childhood to College Access & Success. The Associate will have access to great learning experiences with opportunities to stretch themselves and will be exposed to high-impact education work.
Fort Worth literacy partnership: Associate for Strategy and Analytics
The partnership seeks a full-time Associate for Strategy and Analytics to assist in managing the collection, analysis and presentation of data to support partnership activities in improving student outcomes. The Associate will be part of a small, entrepreneurial team reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with partners in Fort Worth ISD, the City of Fort Worth, and other key Tarrant County leaders.
