Jennifer Richardson, Administrative Assistant
Jennifer is an office administrator with more than 10 years in the field and has extensive experience with all administrative tasks. She has excelled in positions in the legal, business and non-profit sectors and is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various roles. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles and is very effective in conducting employee trainings. As an office manager, she created many employee development programs and modernized outdated systems to improve business performance.
Before joining the Commit! staff, Jennifer worked in retail and office management roles. She also volunteered with local non-profits mentoring teenage children. In 2014, she created the website www.ibelieveyou.org for adult sexual assault victims and a community advocacy program called S.A.F.E. Haven to help communities assist sexual assault victims.
Jennifer is currently studying social psychology at Park University and will graduate with her bachelor’s degree this year. She is a passionate, enthusiastic and caring individual, and attempts daily to find ways to give back to others and to improve as a person. Her best accomplishment by far is growing to be a woman of faith, a wife and mother of two.
