Intern, Early Matters Dallas Pre-K Marketing

Early Matters Dallas, a coalition under The Commit Partnership, is seeking a skilled, hard-working marketing/communications intern with strong project management, leadership and relationship-building skills to join the Early Matters Dallas team in a part-time capacity in order to contribute to and maximize the Pre-K enrollment campaign’s communications/marketing reach, engagement and impact.

Intern, Summer 2018

The Commit Partnership Internship offers paid positions for both the 20-week (Spring) and the 10-week (Summer) program in 2018. The internship will provide hands-on experience and exposure to the broader Dallas County educational and state-wide educational community. You’ll have exposure to learn more about how policy, regulation, the private sector, philanthropy and educational institutions interact and influence student outcomes and social mobility. Skills developed will be applicable to a variety of pursuits including education, business, policy and more.

Associate, Analytics

The Partnership seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to assist in managing the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and dissemination of data to support Partnership activities in improving student outcomes. The Analytics Associate will report to the Director of Analytics and work closely with all members of the Commit team, whose work ranges from Early Childhood to College Access & Success.

Director, College and Workforce Alignment

The Commit Partnership, under its Dallas County Promise initiative, seeks a passionate, hard-working individual to serve in a full-time position as the Director of College and Workforce Alignment reporting to the Managing Director of the Promise effort. This key position will help drive organizational efforts focused on increasing the numbers of underrepresented students that are ready for, enrolling in, persisting through, and completing post-secondary credentials within college that are aligned to current needs of the North Texas workforce.

Director, Educator Initiatives

The Partnership is seeking a collaborative and experienced leader for the Director of Educator Initiatives who possesses the necessary skills required to lead and manage implementation of our educator strategy, including guiding its dedicated advisory board while also serving as a senior member of the Commit backbone team.

Manager, Advocacy

The Manager of Advocacy will help ensure all students have an excellent and equitable education by advancing a policy agenda aligned with community partners. In this role, s/he would focus on advancing both state and local policy across three important priority areas for the Partnership: strengthening educator quality, providing a quality early childhood education to all students, and increasing college enrollment and student persistence toward completion.

Senior Manager, Development

Commit seeks a rainmaker - an architect of the perfect pitch who understands that an investment in the systems that educate our kids is the best bet one can make. The Senior Development Manager will manage a growing portfolio of regional and national funders, develop short- and long-term project plans to execute multi-faceted partnerships, serve as Commit’s contact in relevant external settings, and craft strategies for donor cultivation advising peers and partners across the organization on fundraising strategies.

Senior Manager, Early Matters Dallas

The Commit Partnership, under its Early Matters Dallas initiative, seeks a passionate, hard-working individual to serve in a full-time position as a Senior Manager of Early Matters Dallas. This key position will help drive organizational efforts focused on increasing the number of effective teachers recruited, prepared, developed, and retained in quality early childhood learning environments. The Senior Manager of Early Matters Dallas will work in close collaboration with our Best in Class Coalition colleagues. The ideal candidate will help pilot and implement solutions that will increase the recruitment, preparation, development, and retention of quality early childhood teachers in Dallas County.
