The Partnership seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated team member to assist in managing the collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and dissemination of data to support Partnership activities in improving student outcomes. The Analytics Associate will report to the Director of Analytics and work closely with all members of the Commit team, whose work ranges from Early Childhood to College Access & Success.
Director, Individual & Major Gifts
Commit seeks a closer—an architect of the perfect pitch who will be responsible for moving a portfolio of prospects through the complete giving cycle: validation, engagement, cultivation, solicitation, gift negotiation and stewardship. The Director of Individual & Major Gifts will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Relationships.
The Manager of Advocacy will help ensure all students have an excellent and equitable education by advancing a policy agenda aligned with community partners. In this role, s/he would focus on advancing both state and local policy across three important priority areas for the Partnership: strengthening educator quality, providing a quality early childhood education to all students, and increasing college enrollment and student persistence toward completion.
Senior Manager, Development
Commit seeks a rainmaker - an architect of the perfect pitch who understands that an investment in the systems that educate our kids is the best bet one can make. The Senior Development Manager will manage a growing portfolio of regional and national funders, develop short- and long-term project plans to execute multi-faceted partnerships, serve as Commit’s contact in relevant external settings, and craft strategies for donor cultivation advising peers and partners across the organization on fundraising strategies.
Senior Manager, Early Matters Dallas
The Commit Partnership, under its Early Matters Dallas initiative, seeks a passionate, hard-working individual to serve in a full-time position as a Senior Manager of Early Matters Dallas. This key position will help drive organizational efforts focused on increasing the number of effective teachers recruited, prepared, developed, and retained in quality early childhood learning environments. The Senior Manager of Early Matters Dallas will work in close collaboration with our Best in Class Coalition colleagues. The ideal candidate will help pilot and implement solutions that will increase the recruitment, preparation, development, and retention of quality early childhood teachers in Dallas County.
